PIE BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

READY TO BAKE PIE:

  • Keep frozen until ready to bake.
  • If Golden Crust desired – brush with scrambled egg on top before baking.
  • Bake for 1 1/2 hours to 1 3/4 hours at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cover 1/2 way through with foil or a pie tin.
  • Remove from oven & cool for 4-6 hours to set.

HOW TO WARM UP A BAKED PIE:

  • If frozen warm 40 min to 1 hr at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and serve.
  • Or Defrost in refrigerator overnight and warm in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.

MEAT POT PIE DIRECTIONS:

  • Keep frozen until ready to bake.
  • If Golden Crust desired – brush with scrambled egg on top before baking.
  • Bake for 1 hours to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cover 1/2 way through with foil or a pie tin.
  • Place Thermometer inside to make sure temperature has reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove from oven & cool. Enjoy!

PRESERVING YOUR PIE:
We recommend enjoying all of our pies at their freshest within a few days of purchasing. Store fruit pies at room temperature right in the pie box. Refrigerate Pumpkin, meat pot pies, and any custard pies.
