Farm Fresh Baked Goods
Nothing completes a trip to the farm more than visiting our Scratch Bakery. All baked goods are made fresh daily in our onsite bakery. Our Bakery uses recipes that have been handed down for years. Our bakery creates these delicious masterpieces each and every morning with the crowd favorite being fresh cookies and marion berry scones. Another visitor favorite is our home made fruit pies made from fresh fruit we grow right here on the farm! Other bakery items:

Our Bakery Staff
Our scratch bakery staff not only takes pride in using old family recipes, but they also incorporate farm-fresh fruit into our baked goods. By using fruit grown on our farm we can ensure that the flavors are at their peak and that the baked goods we sell are as fresh as possible. The combination of these two elements results in truly exceptional and authentic baked goods that are a joy to eat.
Meet Karren
In 2005 the Pohlschneider Family went on a farm tour in Boston. One of the farms they visited had a scratch bakery and in their bakery they used a pie press to help make their fruit pies. An idea was born and Karren – the farm matriarch – launched our Scratch Bakery that Spring. Not only is she an amazing pastry chef and baker utilizing recipes that she grew up baking, but she loves reinventing fun new products for our scratch bakery! Looking for something special?
